tatman6006
I wouldn't mind my phisique looking like this guy (the guy facing the camera) http://images.broadwayworld.com/upload/11283/BISH.JPG His name is Tim Bish, he's a friend of mine, and he's also the guy who trained me at the gym. He is a broadway dancer and choreographer (and one hell of a sweet guy too). One day I'll get there

Mike
Avi Lehyani: http://www.veganbodybuilding.com/?page=bio_avi I came across this interview and it made my day. Avi is approaching 50 and looks stronger and in way better shape than people much younger. It's all about longevity. Plus, I was happy to see that he and I share the same beliefs about supplementation, protein consumption, etc. The next time one of my non-vegan friends says vegans are weak, I'll refer them to the above link. Thanks to Robert for putting this on the site. What an inspiration!
hsorlando
Smoking is definitely not vegan, as the glue that holds the cigarettes together is animal glue. At least it used to be, and I can't imagine the smoking industry caring enough to change that, but maybe I'm wrong.
phillipeb
Smoking is definitely not vegan, as the glue that holds the cigarettes together is animal glue. At least it used to be, and I can't imagine the smoking industry caring enough to change that, but maybe I'm wrong. The glue holding smoking tobacco together is mostly acacia gum. But all brands test on animals, and the one brand that doesnt american spirits was bought by RJ Reynolds in 2002. So while they dont test on animals it is just a clever marketing ploy that still lines the pockets of the vivisecting bastards. If you want to smoke id recommend rolling your own, Top brand is independently owned not tested on animals. But after a few months of smoking them you will quit i am sure. I smoked these for 3 months when i found out all of that information and then tried to go on a hike and couldnt make it, I almost passed out from lack of oxygen so i quite and its been some time now. Im Your Man
I like when it's build naturally, with a sport or work, or with the help of weightlifting, but I prefer symmetry, good proportions, strenght, rather than size and huge muscles. Sometimes too much is like not enough, I'm talking from a practical point of view. To me the perfect body is efficient, all types of force and speed, strenght, endurance, coordination, flexibility. To be the most efficient machine for what you have to do. http://i257.photobucket.com/albums/hh240/organicspiral/bruce%20lee/10433554112.jpghttp://i257.photobucket.com/albums/hh240/organicspiral/bruce%20lee/to.jpg http://i257.photobucket.com/albums/hh240/organicspiral/bruce%20lee/bruceshades.jpghttp://i257.photobucket.com/albums/hh240/organicspiral/bruce%20lee/awesomepic.jpghttp://i257.photobucket.com/albums/hh240/organicspiral/bruce%20lee/Bruce_Lee-1.jpghttp://i257.photobucket.com/albums/hh240/organicspiral/bruce_lee.jpg

Lean and Green
Marcina, it's crazy how much you resemble Bif!!! Never thought about a body I wanted to emulate. I am going to have to think about this one for some bit. I allways just said to myself i'd like to push my genetic potential as far as it can possibly go, naturally, of course... slavetothegrind
for a short term goal, i'd say something between brad pitt in fight club and edward norton in american history x (minus the undeniably ing tattoos). though i would like to see nortons trainingplan for the later, since the two movies weren't filmed that far apart. and he was skinny in fight club.
