Guys i need your help on suppliement.. i use BSC now .. but is there anything Vegan supplement??? and does vegan Supplement does help in building mass and strength and can be taken as meal (as BSC protein is last meal to me)??? i really appreciate your help in advance!!!! Taking supplements is meant for answering the theoretical needs of our body in some vitamins, minerals, etc... it will/might improve your health. But don't expect to become more athletic just with supplements, that's not the point, the point would be to avoid neurological disorders, reducing heart attacks, avoiding hair loss, improving mood, etc. but it's also part of a healthy balanced diet. For mass and strength there is a lot of good infos here: http://www.scoobysworkshop.com/From what I understand, food (lots of it, often, with good ration of protein/carb/fat/calories), rest and sport (weight and cardio) are the way to build up mass.
