ForwardConcern
Add 500ml (16oz) of orange juice on the side and you're just 1g shy of 50g of protein in one meal. Plus a few more carbs for energy.
bodybuilding0841
You need to take in lots of protein, about 1 gram of protein for each pound of body weight per day. I like to take creative before and after a workout. This is a personal choice. Other than that, eat healthy and take a good vitamin supplement. Postpunk
I like it! I was just thinking about how to put together a quick, high protein meal to take to work and I had almost the same idea--ezekiel tortilla, tofurkey sausage, and spinach. I think it would be great with the tomato-basil hummus from Trader Joe's.

I'm bulking right now and eating anywhere from 100-200 grams of fat a day.
an.duine.dorcha
How does the tofurky taste? I'm sort of trying to branch out into all the vegan-made imitation foods - so I can get enough protein to support my sport Kinda iffy after a few bouts with super gross soy cheese, but I love Daiya SO MUCH. Hee hee.

Hee hee.Daiya is the best! Don't bother with other Vegan Cheeses. And tofurky pretty much tastes like delicious. My favorite is the italian sausage (29 grams of protein in one sausage!)
