I realized that too Brian. When I look for chocolate a lot of them are dark and strong. "Lindt" sells some vegan chocolates I believe, since I have eaten them before. Some of them are milk chocolate though. Just in case, just check it to make sure.

I am not sure if there are different versions without milk, but it describes the process at least.
