Only drink green tea, black coffee with or without 1.5%-2% soy milk or water.


Do HIIT for 10-20 mins a day.


Limit starchy carbs (sweet potatos, potatoes, carrots, rice etc), eat Temmpeh or some lean proteins (lentils, beans) over processed tofu products.


Train with higher volume and reps using a lighter weight (50% of your 1RM).


Most important thing of all is to:

Here are some natural weight loss tips:


1.Try to drink out plenty of water at least 8 – 10 glasses.


2.Try out not to skip meals.


3.One has to consume small well spaced meals.


4.Exercise regularly as perspiration is also a important way for reduction of weight since it helps to burn down fat easily.


5.Drink green tea or ginger tea. A very beneficial home remedy in obesity.


6.Mix small amount of honey and fresh ginger paste. Take this with half tablespoon Guggulu to control obesity.


7.Aloe Vera is very much useful in helping for weight loss.


8.Hipbath for 15 to 20 minutes in the morning and evening along with the diet and the exercise recommended would speed up the process of losing weight.


9.Avoid fried items, sugar, sweets, chocolates, ice creams, ghee, oil etc.


10.Eat healthy foods like fruits, vegetables, sprouts etc to avoid Obesity
