blueduckxx
here's a question, my husband is a firm believer in having "foamy" urine. I did some googling & apparently this only means there is an excess of protein in the system. so now I'm curious, do you have "foamy" urine?? VeganEssentials
On occasion, yes, but not too often. Strangely, it seemed to happen when I was consuming LESS protein rather than more - I used to have it happen on occasion more in the past when I was consuming only around 100-140g/day, now that I'm holding closer to 200g/day, it happens about once every few months. Not sure what that means, though!

VeganEssentials
Never really paid much attention to what else I was eating at the time, just that it seemed to happen more during the times that I was having less protein than I am now. If I notice it in the future, I'll try to think back to how I've been eating at the time, maybe that'll yield a bit more useful info!
