My before and after pictures are attached, first at 132 pounds and then at 144. Because my brother is also into weight lifting but is not a vegan, I feel especially compelled to prove to people that my diet is not a detriment to my muscular potential, as so many believe. VeganResistance, to be fair, this is my first two weeks, so this is the time when results are bound to be at their highest (plus I've done this before, several years ago, so I have the previous experience coupled with my untrained body being thrusted into full workout mode haha).
