Good core workout needd

Here is the circuit i just did this morning:

 

Straight Leg Raises x 10 (you can do either hanging or on the back pad equipment)

Hanging Oblique Side Crunches x 12 (either hanging or on supporting yourself on the tricep dip bar)

Crunches x 30 (standard)

Swiss Ball Bridge With Reverse Crunch x 20 (lay flat on ground with achilles resting on swiss ball, support self with bridge and contract legs towards chest, keeping your core in a bridge)

Floor Sweepers x 12 (pretty much abdominal twists)

Plank x 30-60 seconds

Plate Oblique Twists x 10 (i use a 45 lb plate, lay flat on a bench and slowly lower plate to side and shift weight to allow body to hold weight on the bench, stopping at the lowest point and then bringing the weight back overhead)

3 minutes of intense cardio on Jacobs Ladder with mountain climbers on each step. (you can do any intense cardio like hard running, high resistance elliptical, jump rope, jumps onto a bench, etc)

 

No rest between excercises, two minutes of rest after all completed, 3 sets.
