I didn't train all week due to sickness and a couple long days traveling for work. I'm feeling better and back it though! 531 Cycle 1 Week 2 Squats: 102.2 x 3, 119.8 x 3, 131 x 3, 72.2 x 10 x 5SLDL: 72.2 x 10 x 5 These squat sessions are killer. I can't walk well when I'm done.
