No video. I workout by myself.

Just rest the camera on a bench or something ~ I train by myself as well but find videos an invaluable help. Very useful to play back for many different reasons, from being able to critique your form, assess your sticking/weak points and even being good for your confidence ~ especially when you nail a maximal lift

Pulled 500 from 2 plates again last week as well as some 500-550 lb rack pulls for reps. Strength is increasing nicely. We just had our first child yesterday so I have taken the last two days off from the gym. Plan is to compete next September as strong as possible.
