First, thanks Robert for offering giveaways, etc. to those who keep a journal here! I'm a fairly regular exerciser but have to admit I have been going in cycles lately. For months I'll get into a regular workout routine, only to not workout much at all for months, and then back on and off I go... Well, one of the New Year's resolutions is to work out regularly on a longer-term basis, and to make it a priority! What better way than to start here with you!
