SaraTonin Posted January 13, 2012 Share Posted January 13, 2012 Currently I am taking the Garden of Life Raw Protein and the flavor is becoming offputting.. I just like to blend up the powder with ice cubes and water. I have tried a few others with flavors they were not raw. Also, I take liquid magnesium for sore muscles.. If you are getting sore you could be eating too many acid-forming foods like grains and legumes. Try to up the fruits and veg intake. Also, I agree on Sun Warrior for raw protein.
