Working out with a cold..

I'd agree with taking some time off but I'd say don't eat anything. Take a fast in fact. Now I have no proof that works, and its something I read while educating myself on natural hygiene, but it makes a lot of sense to me. It is a fact that digesting food adds to stress and relaxed bowels = a much more relaxed body. You need as little stress as possible when fighting "invaders".
