Good stuff.

 

Back is looking solid. That is my favorite muscle group to train as well. Some people don't like training back because they can't "see" it being trained such as biceps in the mirror or arms, shoulders, chest, abs, legs, etc. in general, but back is just the most fun for me.

 

It clearly seems like a strength for you too.

woh! That pic of your back muscles is insane. Do you keep a fitness journal on here? I'm curious as to what your typical workouts are like particularly back exercises.

it was skip Lacours bulking & cutting challenge 3 months bulking 3 months cutting, me and mattpb followed his style of training 4-6 reps and 20 minutes intense cardio , i only did cario once a day did about a week of two 20minute cardio sessions a day last week.

love training like mass machine style. Having a week off from the gym this week then back to it had a few treats this weekend but back to clean eating tomorrow
