veggiesasquatch Posted April 28, 2012 Share Posted April 28, 2012 Would like to share these recipes with everyone after sending them to a fellow poster....Good vegetable based smoothies 3carrots2 appleschunk of ginger (grated into the jug) 2 apples1 pear2 broccoli florets 2 kiwis Cut apples/pear into wedges, put through a juicer then into a blender. The juice the broccoli adding the to blender & finish with the kiwis into the blender, whiz it up. 4 baby beets2 apples1 hot chilliBeets juiced first, then the apples, then chilli 2 carrots1 raw beetroot1 celery stick1 appleput through a juicer (apple in last) 2 apples1 large serving spinachnutmeg (large sprinkling)Apples first, then spinach finished with the nutmeg 2 apples1 stick celeryfresh mintjuice the apple (add juice to blender) then celery, adding to the apple juice then whiz it in a blender with the mint Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I just think it's important to clarify the difference between blending a whole food versus extracting the juice from a whole food. I still think the recipes look great.
