Hello there! I've been training for 6-ish months, I'm 82 kg x 1,82 m...now I'm trying to lose some fat, summer is coming I don't have photos earlier of these, so I'll post here my new photos and progress (excuse me for the quality)

I think you are off to a very good start. I am kind of self-conscious but I think after seeing so many normal people (not body builders and not models) post pictures on here I think I am almost comfortable with putting some up.

Welcome to the forum. Please join us in the training journal section and post your workouts and meal plans as well.
