Once I get pretty low bf% I am going to start hitting the weights hard. In the meantime I am going to study on a proper routine including compound lifts, nutrition, and of course... my Bible where God instituted the vegan diet from the beginning. On this " Juice Fast " I will be having 1 smoothie a day ( ideally with some sort of protein powder ) to make sure that my digestive system doesn't come to a screeching halt. I will be logging my weight each day, and if I can afford the protein powder I will also be doing some slight lifting which I will log in here also. I will post my weight either tomorrow or the next day; today I have to much food and liquid in me to give a proper weight.
