robert
How much can you eat? I don't always have a huge appetite, but I've been able to eat 5,000-6,000 calories in a day. My vegan friend has eaten upwards of 10,000 calories in a day. I can't seem to get that much in me. It's kinda gross, but my record for one item, is 18 tofu hotdogs in one day. I've also consumed about 12 bananas in a day, and 12 bagels. Do any of you have personal bests when it comes to eating? Do you think of it as a PB just like in lifting? I actually do, or at least did in the past. I still have all my written records of my nutrition program and I would celebrate a new PR in total calories, or grams of protein in a day. My records aren't great but they are something like this for one day: Total Calories: 5,800 CaloriesGrams of protein consumed: 350 grams Kinda silly but you gotta eat to grow right? -Rob

Rain Forrest
Just the other day I finished a jar of peanut butter in like four days, which I thought was pretty impressive. I ate it on bananas, in sandwiches, in protein shakes, I even drank it straight from the jar.

bronco
I just ate a falafel .It was from maschu-maschu, probably the most ass-kickin falafel place in the world. Ok, maybe not, but the best Ive been to anyway . But when I think of it, this wasnt really a PB, since Ive eaten falafel before. But I did get an eating PB the other day. Reccon I better put it in large bold letters so nobody misses it :The other day I ate oatmeal four times: breakfast, lunch, dinner and second dinner. PB! I kind of like oatmeal . Fro breakfast I had oatmeal made from 200g of oats and 1dl (about 40g I reccon) of soyprotien .These days I usually go for 3dl of oats, not sure how much that is in wieghtunits. sensless
I think most of my eating "PR's" were when I still consumed meat. On some days I'd eat upwards of 5lbs of red meat in one day and drink a gallon of skim milk, not to mention the trimmings (potatoes, vegetables, cheese, etc.). It was normal for me to eat at least 1lb of bacon every day for breakfast, along with 6 eggs. To be honest, I miss that quite a bit - the freedom that allowed me to cook/prepare every meal the way I wanted it. Regards, Sensless

Odidnetne
I ate 13 banana's in one day. While I was vegetarian, I once consumed 9 slices of large pizza in one sitting (at 170 lbs). I also ate a whole box of instant cream of wheat in one sitting. If I ever wanted to do something like that though, it would probably be for breakfast. Last week I had a huge bowl of lentil soup, a bowl of granola, 4 banana's with natural peanut butter, an apple, 2 glasses of water, 1 glass of OJ, and I ate completely normal at every other meal of my day....now that I think about it, I don't think that's really normal. sensless
In college I ate 7.7lbs of baked beans. My roomates joined the fun and ate a couple pounds as well, the females that lived with us weren't very happy with the results. ha! Buffets were my favourite. My secret was to eat about 4 plates full then have a salad.... freshened up the mouth and makes you ready to start all over again. ahhhh........those were the days

I'd go there on a Saturday afternoon, pay the $4 to get in and just stay there all day and eat, and play video games while I was waitng for them to bake another pizza. I see all you can eat as a challenge
