Hey sorry I haven't been on! Yes being vegan has stopped my strength losses. As with the cutting of weight strength diminishes yet today I weighed 151.2lbs and dead lifted 130kg for three. Which is just short of double bw and my abs are coming along also I got my run time down too 23:06 aiming for 22:30 this Saturday
