Cool!

 

There so many amazing tech programs now. Giacomo and Karen both use some iphone app which tracks their running or cycling and charts everything out from their pace, to distance to calories burned to other details.

 

Pretty amazing. I just used to use some will power, determination and a pencil and paper to make progress
