robert
Cool! There so many amazing tech programs now. Giacomo and Karen both use some iphone app which tracks their running or cycling and charts everything out from their pace, to distance to calories burned to other details. Pretty amazing. I just used to use some will power, determination and a pencil and paper to make progress
Plant-Powered Matt
I've been using the iPod touch/iPhone Nike running app and it's incredible. There are others like it, but it give you a complete GPS-drawn map of where you were + all you mentioned above, Robert. Unbelievable stuff, even though I want to keep as few EM signals close to my body as possible...
JeremyS
I'm not a sports fan and I don't really like the idea that you have to exercise to lose weight. So, I decided to try various nutritional supplements first and read on the website https://www.gundrymdbiocomplete3.com/ that Gundry MD Bio Complete 3 can have a positive effect on metabolism. I think it’s worth a try, given the positive reviews of the supplement and the lack of side effects.
