The PhytoAthlete Posted August 14, 2012 Share Posted August 14, 2012 I agree, Kale is one of the best foods you can eat, along with other leafy cruciferous vegetables such as collards, turnip greens, mustard greens, spinach, cabbage, bok choy, darker green lettuces, and swiss chard.
