VeganEssentials Posted October 15, 2012 Share Posted October 15, 2012 I'd say the 3x6 barbell rows @ 275 lbs. was a nice one for me last night - felt like I would have been good for 8 on every set if I'd gone for it, any time something that was tough a few months ago becomes easy is a good day!
