Mini Forklift Posted November 16, 2012 Author Share Posted November 16, 2012 Heavy week last week I managed 231 bench for a couple of sets, 264 squat and a comfortable 400 deadlift. Two weeks out from my meet, bodyweight is stable at 141 so I'm really enjoying not having to worry about dieting or making weight. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
