Tried some different things this week, but happy in how they turned out.

 

Power clean: [email protected]#

I know I'm strong enough to get more, but I've never done it before so my technique is terrible. Going to keep working at it!

 

Push press: [email protected]#

 

Push jerk: [email protected]# (somewhat of an unintentional hybrid between a push press and a jerk)
