That was my first time since February so all things considered I was happy with it. Will take a while to get my confidence back with the heavier weights but that's to be expected. Would have been 135# but I had to use a 15kg bar instead of the usual 45# bars (they were all in use, not sure why my gym has a random 15kg bar).
