moonlightfistfight Posted November 21, 2012 Share Posted November 21, 2012 I'm Susan,, Hi )Lets see, I started out vegetarian, maybe 12 years ago, I became a full on Vegan 9years ago, I have never had issues with keeping size on me nor have I had to do much over consideration when it came to my diet, I recently (very) started working out with my boyfriend who is also Vegan. My goal is to have more defined mass and lose some weight, though Im sure the weight loss will come easily since I have decided to make the switch to raw vegan. Sounds like you and your boyfriend have a good support system going for each other to help reach your fitness goals. That's awesome. Support or lack of or the opposite seems to be a conflict that a lot of members here have. You should read some of the threads about it.
