klaatu21
No problem with my appetite as forthe long days. I love a challenge and the hobo spirit is calling to me to get out on the open road and explore, plus it's for a really good cause so I don't mind

klaatu21
Call me ed, I'm enjoying the slow speed of progression, I like to take my time and get things right,. It's a big ego boost when I see meatheads at the gym struggling with weight to heavy for them to handle or not using the full rom, and I'm not lifting anywhere near as much but keeping strict form. It's a marathon not a sprint after all, happy holidays to you too man

klaatu21
oh and i forgot to add, i had to wait nearly 10 minutes while some guy used up the squat rack to do his shrugs fucking bell end. i think he could tell i was annoyed because he then asked me if i was interested in some 'premium roids' haha
vegan_rossco
I could talk to you all day about my experiences with the dickheads at my gym haha, idiots using the squat rack without needing to is my pet hate lol and hahaha I hope you declined his offer
