Hey brispet, welcome to the board.

 

I'm adding your lifts for now, but I'd like to see some other posts from you. Think about starting a training log, or post some progress photos, or something else, so that we can "verify" your lifts. Granted, this is all on the honor system, but I don't want to include people that don't give some sort of proof that they've been lifting.

Hope to be at a good position on the womens table this time next year. There are some inspiring numbers on this thread, great motivation.

There are some great lifters on both of the table, all comes down to sensibility and consistency with ones' training.
