Failed at that comp but things went good on the next one a few days ago, so bodyweight to 74,8 kg, squat to 180 kg and deadlift to 235 kg, if you count that one (see log for video).

Basically I locked it out, got a down signal and THEN dropped it. So pretty much looked like my 230, only it was unintended. You decide.

tested my maxes this week for the first time since last December! Pretty poor performance in my opinion, but an increase is still an increase. However, I've also increased my BW, which actually ends up dropping me a few Wilks points.

 

Squat - 365# -> 385# (175kg)

Bench - 245# -> 255# (115.5kg)

Deadlift - no change 460# (209kg)

 

Ugh, need to sort my shit out for the next year.
