Unfortunately I don't get home until about an hour after my workout, sometimes an hour and a half. Should I scrap the post work out shake at that point and just work on having a meal? maybenot Posted March 20, 2013 Share Posted March 20, 2013 IMHO you are doing just fine.No need to worry about timing so much, you are not an elite athlete.
