Newly Vegan

Hello everybody:


I've done some drastic dietary changes over the last couple of months. I've been alcohol, caffeine, dairy and meat free for at least that long. I've lost a considerable amount of weight. I shaved my chest the other day and was pleased with the little fat on my body, but I was unimpressed with the lack of muscle I had.


My goal for this forum is to continue with my veganism and perhaps move to raw veganism or fruitarianism. I also want to basically look like Frank Medrano. So if you could help me out with that, I'd appreciate it very much .
