stcalico
I made these bars last night. SUPER easy to make and sooo good. I had one for brkfst, one for lunch and one for dinner. Oh oh. 4:30, and I'm already over my calorie limit. Going to the gym now. Yikes. http://86lemons.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/10/ChocPBBars86L09.jpg
C.O.
Those sound amazing. Now I just need to come up with an alternative recipe for someone that doesn't like chocolate or peanut butter, ie my GF-GF, gluten free-girlfriend.
stcalico
You can sub almond butter for PB and dates or raisins for the chocolate. If it were me tho, I love chocolate so there would be one pan for him and one for me... haha. They are that easy to make that it wouldn't be a big deal to make 2. AndiMorris
Amazing! I tried to enter this into myfitnesspal to work out the macros, but I can't convert cups to grams in my head, so it'll have to wait until I can make them myself.

Benefit Foods
I make awesome bars made with homemade almond nut butter or sunflower seed nut butter w/ coconut, sun-dried fruits and roasted, or raw nuts. I own a vegan food company called Benefit Foods -- check out my bars online http://www.benefitfoods.com VBAR is really tasty and is avail. in 7 flavors, perhaps Almond/Fig/Carob or Sunflower/Coconut/Ginger is up your alley. sunnyC
These granola bars are yum and super easy. But the ones in the OP seem to be packed with more ingredients. http://minimalistbaker.com/healthy-5-ingredient-granola-bars/
