In theory it would be possible, just very hard to do. You would have to eat A LOT of food like tofu, tempeh and other bean and nut related foods. I choose not to make more of a hassle of my protein intake, so I use protein powders. Why shouldn't I?

I'm currently transitioning to a raw diet, so this issue interests me.

I think it would be important not to overtrain. Basically train only enough to stimulate muscle growth, and then get adequate recovery. I'm also wondering if perhaps there might be a different way to train as well; something more natural and relative to how ancient man used to exercise/etc.

I'll be experimenting when I get comfortable with my diet.

I think it could be possible, I have no real reason to doubt.

I'm sure it's pretty tough but this type of diet and training is quite fascinating to me, takes veganism to a whole further level.

you look great in the avatar! have you poster your diet?

as for the raw diet, the more I go raw the more I lose weight but I haven't done the maths on the pdf calories so maybe it's feasible.
