wonderland777
I just started back up with exercising after a 4 month hiatus. I am considering carb cycling, but think it might be harder as a vegan to get a good results doing weight loss this way. My goal is to add more muscle and reduce my 36% body fat. Any ideas about this?
SunWarrior
At 36% bodyfat, I would recommend just eating alot of healthy foods and being in a small caloric deficit for your goals. Carb cycling isnt hard, but it isnt easy either. Its more for getting to really low bodyfat levels. Like 5%. It works great for this if you can really understand the science behind what youre doing, and youve got to really know your body inside and out.
