Carb cycling

At 36% bodyfat, I would recommend just eating alot of healthy foods and being in a small caloric deficit for your goals. Carb cycling isnt hard, but it isnt easy either. Its more for getting to really low bodyfat levels. Like 5%. It works great for this if you can really understand the science behind what youre doing, and youve got to really know your body inside and out.
