Training this hard this often took its toll. So I continued half a day later with: Bent Leg Good Morning10 x 20 kg (44 lbs)10 x 30 kg (66 lbs)10 x 40 kg (88 lbs)10 x 60 kg (132 lbs)5 x 10 x 80 kg (176 lbs)Short breaks. Band Leg Curlwarmup5 x 10 x green band10 breaths between sets. Rather focused on feeling the muscle than just resistance and volume.
