adoringlife Posted September 21, 2013 Share Posted September 21, 2013 Okay so I was vegan for about a year and then gave my diet/training over to a trophy winning bodybuilder and coach to many other trophy winners...my body composition changed for the better but I found a chunk of chicken my 2 year old had tossed in the sink and it made my stomach flip when I thought about what I was picking up off of the floor...flesh! We went to the grocery store and they have live fish and crab and then butchered fish laying right next to it and I kept contemplating how to tell My little girl that we kill the cute fish to eat it. Anyway, I am not sure that I can stomach meat or dairy anymore and work well with a clear laid out plan. I plan on entering some Bikini Competitions and am looking for sample meals for a day portioned for my height. Now I eat no processed foods and very little dairy112 protein 112 carbohydratesand 55 Healthy fats Would I keep it similar? Help Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
