Specifically, I'm preparing to attend a 10 day meditation retreat in a few months and I'd like to be able to sit comfortably in cross legged positions for ~30 minutes at a time. C.O. Posted October 19, 2013 Share Posted October 19, 2013 Find a physical therapist, get checked out, know your limits before working out your hip so you don't make things worse.
