bodyartt
Is this really a good exercise to reduce belly fat, to shrink the belly?
Think_machine
Nope, that's called eating right. But the stomach vacuum looks awesome!
Thunderer
Nope, that's called eating right. But the stomach vacuum looks awesome!I agree. It's not even something I consider an exercise, It will help make your midsections profile look better but it will not burn fat or build muscle. I read somewhere once that Arnold used to do them for 20 seconds 3 times a day, I'v found this tough to remember to do but I think it couldn't hurt
C.O.
video clip? I mean I can take a guess as to what it is but if you have a link that'd be good.
SunWarrior
The stomach vacuum is a fantastic bodybuilding pose that many top pros can no longer do, due to extremely distended and bloated midsections. Frank Zane is a champion of the Vacuum pose. http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-lhx3f1QyqDY/Uhpb5gGPVvI/AAAAAAAABw8/TTR6CShv5eY/s1600/frank+zane+vacuum.jpg
