I'm still not sure if I wanna keep doing this bodywieght stuff as it has lost it's appeal since going vegan, but I'm gonna keep it up for as long as I can to see if it actually makes a difference, coz right now I'd love to chuck around some heavy wieghts!!! Yeah Will, I think I'm gonna go back to wieghted dips and chins I think and I'll throw in some bodywieght stuff too, just like you said it's great to mix it up!!
