Hey Guys

Well after taking me 30 mins to figure out how to resize a photo on mac, I got 2 pics up.... I have been vegan for 8-10 months. The photo in the red shorts is today (in am) however during the day I get more bloated... (I have posting about that under nutrition, where I am seeking help). The older picture is a few years old, but its relatively what I was prior to vegan, only thing I am not sure of in regards to the old is if I was on creatine or not..... I also have been debating buying one of Roberts books.. any suggestions? Workouts are fine for me its diet tweaking..
