Hello everyone, happy to be in this forum. My name is Felipe Cares and I am from Santiago de Chile, I have 22 years and I am completely vegan for about 6 months ago. I was out of the exercises for a year and a half, I had a hernia in the back and I was operated on my nose (turbinates and septum) so that time I was out. My goal is to get a toned body, have a lot of speed, endurance, strength and power, keeping ability, because next year or later this same want to get the football team (who is played by 11 per side). I also want to raise my muscle mass, but giving priority attributes that name before.

 

I want to be the best, so here I hope to learn as much as I can from those who have more experience in training and nutrition.
