Hi! So I have been on a cut for around 3 months and lost around 8/9kg. I believe I have shed a lot of fat, but I am wondering if this is lean enough to start bulking. I am 19 yr/old, 68.5kg and 1.87m. On a cut I eat around 2400 calories and my macros are around 60/20/20.

What do u think? I am ready to start bulking again? How do I go from cutting to bulking mode?
