Can someone give me some advice regarding bench press and push ups?

Okay, I've been working out for 2 months (4 days a week) and still can't bench press and do a push up properly like other guys.

I have been eating (as much as possible), taking whey protein (ON) and also a pre workout ( MP Assault) but still I can't bench press properly. I mean I can perform squats, deadlifts, barbell curls, shoulder press etc but when it comes to bench pressing or push ups I just can't go beyond 5 reps.

 

Please give me some advice regarding this as I need a good chest. I can notice visible changes in other body parts but my chest looks stupid.

 

I am 28 years old, 5'8 tall and weigh 148 lbs
