How many times do you do poop? Weight Loss?

I see many people, include myself that have difficulty to gain weight, and loose weight quickly.


I normally eat: Oats, Banana, Soy Milk, Lentils, peas, Rice, Pasta, flax seeds, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, broccoli, peanut butter, nuts, almonds, hazelnuts, etc..

My weight don't go over 71 kg...


I eat to much fiber maybe.

This foods, maybe are dissolving very quickly.


I daily do 5 or 6 times poop.

Everything i eat maybe are leaving out my organism.


How many times do you do poop?


I can't gain weight doing poop this times....

I have IBS. So I poop an average of 6 times a day because I can't digest much so it all kinda flies out. I've tried it all so it's just something I live with. I never had an issue with losing too much weight unfortunately because I still have weight to cut. I eat a lot because after I poop, I'm hungry because it didn't digest. So I eat like one breakfast, two lunches and two dinners, then a couple snacks in between. Feels like I eat nonstop.
