I started lifting back in November 2016, so I'm definitely a noob!

 

Today's session

Squat

190 x 5, 190 x 5, 190 x 5

Bench

137.5 x 5, 137.5 x 5, 137.5

Got all my reps!

 

Chinup

3 sets of 8

 

In other news I got a new water filter today after reading about xenoestrogens on another site Crazy stuff. I got the berkey countertop water filter from http://justaddcleanwater.com which had a pretty good review of it. Hopefully pure water will = bigger gains and better testosterone.

 

Time to rest and eat!
