chantalhfx
Hi all. I apologies in advance, I saw a similar post to this from 2013, but with no response, so I thought I'd take a chance and post this anyway. I've been vegetarian for a few years and went whole food plant based over a year. I've had weight loss success while strength training but zero weight loss success while long distance running/marathons training. In the last couple of years, my focus has been less on strength and more time spent running, and haven't lost a lbs since. I'm getting ready to kick up my training in high gear again for a fall Marathon, but have ambitious time goals and think loosing 10-15lbs for the race could help. Does anyone have advice on how to safely loose weight while marathon training? I just can't seem to find information on helpful ways to do this and I don't want to do anything that will harm my performance. Thanks!
Mufflon
Maybe the book "Racing Weight" gives you some valuable tips. It's about losing weight while preparing for races, e. g. a marathon.
rorybell92
Thank you for making this book available. I read it and began working according to the training. I recently purchased some tentacion goods for it.
