Sprint training conflicting with leg day weight training

So Ive been doing hiit cardio for a few months now and im happy with the results ive gotten. i just do 10 full sprints 10 seconds each on a slight incline in the parking lot with a minute break in between. However, I like to do squats, leg press, and other leg resistance training too. I currently do hiit twice a week and leg day twice a week. sometimes I feel sore but I go run anyways and vice versa. Am I doing too much? Whats the best way to fit both of these types of training into your week?
