Hello, I have been doing weight training for 6 weeks, "down 18 lbs and 6 inches" I am a total noob, and am looking to go totally vegan. I am currently vegetarian. The only two animal products I eat are egg white and Greek yogurt. Any advice on suitable replacements for those two things that have the same protein and calories? Anyway can not wait to sift through all the info and what not.

I started the weight training program 6 weeks ago. I work out 2 times a week and have been gaining 2 pounds of muscle. Being able to lift longer and heavier has made me realize that doing the exercises on a regular basis is what keeps muscles growing. It continues to amaze me how much stronger I become even though my original goal was not to gain that much muscle. I also get last minute essay writing service whenever I am running out of time to get my essay written on time.
