Hey Everyone,


Total newb here and to the world of Veganism. Looking for some help here.


I keep reading that Soy in "large" amounts is bad for men etc etc. Except I don't know how much is "too"much if at all.

Can I eat Tofu, Tempeh, vegan ground, etc at every meal? Mostly just to make sure adequate protein intake.


Any literature, advice, studies etc would be greatly appreciated! thank you!!!
