Urufu Posted July 2, 2021 Share Posted July 2, 2021 Let's say you are not eating the amount or quality you should, but like you wouldn't stop training, would you? How often to just still be fit? And don't lose strength/progress? I been awfully tired so I was thinking to do a simple routine 3 times a week and that would be, any thoughts?
